Wear the Word Return and Exchange Policy

Wear the Word guarantees all of its products from its online store to be free from defects in workmanship. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item intact with tags attached and proof of purchase for full refund within 40 days of the date the product was shipped. Items without tags attached are eligible for an online store credit. This policy does not protect items not laundered according to the instructions on the care label.

Items purchased from the Wear the Word online store cannot be returned or exchanged at any Wear the Word reseller retail outlet. Items purchased from a Wear the Word reseller cannot be returned or exchanged through the online store.

1. Item for return or exchange

2. proof of purchase

3. brief reason for dissatisfaction

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use return receipt or a carrier that uses tracking numbers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for Wear the Word to process your refund or exchange. You will receive a notice either via email or mail to your shipping address when the exchange or return is processed.
